The Orthodox Cemetery project began in 1997 when a request was made to the management of Resurrection Catholic Cemetery to have a section of land to use for the burial of the Orthodox faithful.

The packet includes information regarding Hospice, a Donor Registry Enrollment Form and one copy each of Ohio’s Living Will and Health Care Power of Attorney forms. The Living Will and Health Care Power of Attorney forms conform with the requirements of Ohio’s Living Will Law.
